Getting to know the Oracle Jet.
Does it grind and tamp automatically?
Yes. The Oracle Jet automatically grinds, doses and tamps coffee into the portafilter. You then move the portafilter to the group head for brewing.
Can I make cold coffee?
Yes. It includes Cold Brew and Cold Espresso settings that extract at lower temperatures for cold coffee recipes.
Does it work with alternative milks?
Yes. Auto MilQ has settings for dairy, soy, almond and oat milk, with adjustable milk temperature and texture.
How does Barista Guidance help?
Barista Guidance detects under- or over-extracted espresso and recommends grind-size adjustments. You make the recommended adjustment using the grind dial.
Does it brew and steam at the same time?
No. Brewing and milk texturing happen sequentially. Auto Queue lets you queue milk texturing after brewing, or brewing after milk texturing, for supported milk-based drinks.
