These terms govern your use of urbanvelle.store and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site.

Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "Urbanvelle" mean the business above. "You" means the person browsing or buying.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order from us. Certain products, including hemp-derived items, are sold only to customers 21 and over and may require age verification or an adult signature at delivery.

By ordering, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement and that the products are legal to receive at your delivery address. Orders placed in breach of this section may be canceled and refunded without further obligation on our part.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you make one, keep your password to yourself and your details current. Everything done through your account is your responsibility, so tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or anything in breach of these terms.

4. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We work to describe every product accurately — ingredients, serving sizes, and directions come from the manufacturer's own labeling. Even so, listings can contain errors or omissions, and formulations and packaging sometimes change without notice.

Always read the label on the product you receive. It governs, and it takes precedence over anything written on our website.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colors vary between screens, and packaging design updates periodically, so what arrives may differ cosmetically from the image shown.

Availability isn't guaranteed. We may limit quantities, restrict sales by region, or discontinue an item at any time.

5. Pricing & Errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. We may change prices whenever we like, but never retroactively on an order already confirmed.

Where a "regular" or "compare at" price appears alongside a sale price, it reflects the item's usual selling price at Urbanvelle or a comparable market reference — not an invented figure designed to inflate a discount.

Despite our care, pricing and typographical errors happen. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after confirmation, and we will refund you in full. We're not obliged to honor an error. You'll be notified before any cancellation.

6. How an Order Becomes a Contract

Adding items to a cart and submitting payment is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The automatic confirmation email acknowledges receipt — it doesn't yet constitute acceptance.

The contract forms when we dispatch your order. Until then, we may decline or cancel for any legitimate reason, including stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed age verification, shipping restrictions at your address, or an unreasonable order quantity. If we cancel, we refund in full and promptly.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through a secure third-party processor. We accept the cards and digital wallets displayed at checkout. Your payment provider's own terms apply to the transaction.

You confirm the payment method is yours and you're authorized to use it. Unauthorized use may be reported to your provider and, where appropriate, law enforcement. Where a payment reverses or fails after dispatch, you remain liable for the amount owed and reasonable recovery costs.

8. Shipping, Title & Risk

Delivery estimates, costs, and destinations are covered on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. You're responsible for entering that address accurately; we're not liable for a parcel correctly delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

9. Returns & Refunds

10. Health & Supplement Disclaimer

This section is important. Please read it properly.

Products sold by Urbanvelle are dietary supplements and wellness products. They are not medicines, not medical devices, and not substitutes for professional healthcare.

Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are marketed. Nothing on our site, in our emails, in customer reviews, or in any Urbanvelle material constitutes medical advice, and none of it should be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified provider.

Consult a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional before using any product we sell if you:

Are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding
Take prescription or over-the-counter medication
Have a diagnosed medical condition or a history of one
Are scheduled for surgery
Are under 18
Have known allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredient

Follow the label. Do not exceed stated serving sizes. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual responses to supplements vary widely, and no result is promised or implied.

11. Hemp-Derived & Age-Restricted Products

Where we offer hemp-derived products, they are sold in compliance with applicable federal law and are intended for adults 21 and over.

Laws on these products differ by state and by locality, and they change. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is legal to purchase, possess, and receive where you live. We may refuse or cancel orders bound for restricted areas.

Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform any task requiring full alertness after using these products. They may cause a positive result on a drug test — if that carries consequences for your employment, licensing, or legal situation, don't buy them.

12. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

If you post a review or other content, you keep ownership but grant Urbanvelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business.

Content must be your own honest experience. Don't submit anything false, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or containing another person's private information. Do not post medical claims — that a product cured, treated, or prevented a condition. We remove such content, not because we doubt your experience, but because publishing disease claims about a supplement is unlawful.

Reviews reflect individual opinion. They are not endorsed by us as fact, and they don't predict what you'll experience. We may edit for length or clarity, or remove any submission at our discretion.

13. Intellectual Property

The Urbanvelle name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and layout are owned by us or licensed to us and protected under US and international law. Product names and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain their property.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

Don't use urbanvelle.store to:

Break any law or regulation
Infringe our rights or anyone else's
Transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site
Probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures
Scrape content or prices by automated means without permission
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
Place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions and return processes
Resell our products commercially without written authorization

15. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site links to and integrates third-party services — payment processing, tracking, analytics. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their terms apply when you use them.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any content is complete, current, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under applicable consumer protection law and any warranty provided by a product's manufacturer.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbanvelle and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some states don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Urbanvelle harmless against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of a product contrary to its label instructions or applicable law.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email: support@urbanvelle.store with a clear description of the problem. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days — the overwhelming majority of disputes end here.

If informal resolution fails, you and Urbanvelle agree that any claim will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a small-claims court where one is available to you, or from filing a complaint with a consumer protection authority.

20. Force Majeure

We're not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, carrier failures, utility outages, or internet and hosting disruptions.

21. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

22. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, form the whole agreement between you and Urbanvelle regarding your use of the site and any purchase.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version always lives on this page with its "last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted, and the terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
