The wellness aisle has become almost impossible to navigate honestly. Labels shout, claims blur together, and it's genuinely difficult to tell what's inside a bottle or who stands behind it. Urbanvelle started as a reaction to that noise — a small online store built on the idea that people can decide for themselves what belongs in their routine, provided somebody gives them clear information and gets out of the way.
We're based in Glendale, Arizona, and we run lean on purpose. No celebrity endorsements, no manufactured urgency, no "one weird trick." Just a short list of products, described as accurately as we know how.
What We Carry
Our range covers wellness supplements and lifestyle products aimed at everyday routines — focus, energy, balance, and general well-being.
The catalog is deliberately small. Every addition means real work: reviewing the formulation, checking who manufactures it and under what standards, and deciding whether the marketing claims match what the label actually supports. Plenty of products don't survive that review, and we're comfortable saying no.
How We Decide What to Stock
Four things have to line up before a product goes live on our site.
Transparency. Full ingredient disclosure with real quantities. Proprietary blends that hide dosages behind a single total are a hard no.
Manufacturing standards. We look for production in facilities operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations, with documentation to back it up.
Honest positioning. If a product can only be sold through exaggerated promises, it isn't a product we want. Supplements support routines; they don't perform miracles, and we won't describe them as if they do.
Fair pricing. Reasonable margins, no invented "original" prices designed to make a discount look bigger than it is.
How We Talk About Our Products
This part matters more to us than anything else on this page.
Urbanvelle is a retailer, not a clinic. We can tell you what's in a bottle, what the serving size is, and what the manufacturer's directions say. We will not tell you a supplement treats a condition, replaces medication, or will produce a specific result for you — because we don't know your medical history, and nobody selling you something online does.
Our products are dietary supplements and wellness items. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Before starting anything new, talk to a doctor or pharmacist — especially if you're pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, live with a diagnosed condition, or are under 18.
What You Can Count On
Clear labels and plain-English pages. Everything you need in order to decide, on the product page, without hunting.
Secure checkout. Encrypted connections and a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see your card number.
A 30-day return window. Unopened items can come back. Anything that shows up damaged or wrong gets fixed on our dime.
Real replies. Emails to support@urbanvelle.store are answered by a person, usually within one business day. No ticket mazes, no chatbot loops.
Straight talk when things go wrong. Shipments occasionally run late and carriers occasionally lose parcels. When it happens, you'll hear what actually occurred rather than a vague apology.
What We're Not
We're not the biggest store you'll shop at, and we don't try to be everything. We don't practice medicine, we don't diagnose, and we don't sell prescription products. If a question falls outside what a retailer can responsibly answer, we'll say so and point you toward someone qualified — which we think is more useful than a confident guess.
